My Prayers to taliaoy18 #prayfortalia

Update: I feel like I haven't been blogging for like forever now. I have been busy with school and boyfriend being home with me in Cebu for the weekend so I have to take care of him. Thank you so much for everyone who visits my blog even after the blog post I made few days ago.

As of Tuesday, 11:22am, Pacific Standard Time, we have lost a dear friend and a fellow makeup artist, Talia Joy Castellano. Now if you are a kind of person who watch youtube videos and came across this Youtube makeup guru who has a bald hair (which I think is really good and very beautiful on her!), who does makeup tutorials and makeup, fashion hauls? Then there's no other girl but Talia. Talia is a 13 year old Youtube makeup guru who inspires us not just by being comfortable with wearing makeup but her inspirational spirit on fighting childhood cancer. She had been struggling with a form of nerve cancer called neuroblastoma and a cancer of the blood called leukemia for the past 6 years before she passed away. 

Her very famous "MAY FAVORITES" video of more than 8,000,000+ hits in Youtube. 

"Having cancer has been a gift yet a horrible, horrible, terrifying thing. But I’ve gotten so many benefits from it…Having a Youtube channel and having to inspire people, and having people look up to me and explaining to you guys how I love and adore makeup, using it as my wig and having so much self-confidence to go out to the grocery store without a wig… it’s just amazing."

My prayers goes out to the Castellano family, her friends and to her fans as well. I just think she's just an amazing kid. A girl like her achieved so much at a young age and she makes her videos with a a very big smile and enthusiasm. She inspires me to continue and be thankful for what I have today as much as she did. It's still hard to believe as of today that she's no longer with us. I am a very emotional person but I didn't want to cry instead, I want to put my heads up and continue living with a strong spirit ust like her. My prayers for her is that I hope that when she gets to the gates of heaven, she will be welcomed with angels just like her, free of pain and all the makeup in the world are with her up there because that's one of the reasons why she kept on going. </3
